Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and identify client pain points, creating tailored technical solutions to drive business results.
- Leverage technical expertise and business acumen to lead the full lifecycle of enterprise client engagement, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation.
- Engage in activities such as demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and proof of concept delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with product teams to articulate feature requests and shape the product roadmap.
- Maintain post-sales support and collaborate with Account Executives to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
- Experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Strong familiarity with the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; strong problem-solving skills; resilience.
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
- Degree in computer science or engineering is preferred.
- Experience with large enterprise clients in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, and gambling.
- Experience in a solution architect or pre-sales role in the B2B space, ideally within AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, and cloud computing.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud business use cases, including edge network (CDN), security (WAF, DDoS), video streaming solutions, and ML applications (ML recommendation, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
Language Requirements: Relevant language skills may be beneficial.
