Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
- Engage with enterprise clients (C-level to working level) throughout the lifecycle from pre-sales to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor internally, collaborating with multiple product teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Work with product teams to address Product Market Fit gaps and drive product development.
- Provide post-sales solution support and collaborate with Account Executives on upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
- Experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
- Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills, with relevant past projects explained in technical interviews.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required due to regular communication with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
- Ideally hold a degree in computer science or engineering.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients in sectors such as eCommerce, Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, or Gambling.
- Previous experience in a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineering role within the AI/ML or cloud computing sectors.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud and business use cases related to edge network (CDN, security), video streaming (Livestream solutions, RTC, VOD), and ML applications (computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
