Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Influence product direction by providing structured feedback on customer requirements and market gaps.
What We Look For:
- 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, or a senior hands-on technical role.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, with skills in live coding and debugging.
- Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture and scalable pipeline design.
- Proficiency in the company Platform with a specialization in one area (real-time/streaming, ML/AI, data governance, migrations).
- Proven ability to lead discussions and conduct design reviews with senior technical stakeholders.
- Experience with production deployments on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex architectures into business value.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation:
- Local Pay Range: $180,000—$247,500 USD, with a total compensation package that may include annual performance bonuses and equity.
