In this role, you will partner with customers, the company Sales, and various teams to develop highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business challenges and accelerate the adoption of services. Working in collaboration with sales, you will contribute to revenue growth across a diverse set of customers. As a trusted customer advocate, you will assist organizations in understanding best practices surrounding advanced cloud-based solutions and migrating existing workloads to the cloud. This is an opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and widespread use of the company amongst enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting and must be able to connect technology with measurable business value. A strategic mindset towards business, products, and technical challenges is essential.

Location and Travel
The position will be based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi with expected travel between 25%-50% to Middle Eastern countries.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a sales strategy that exceeds revenue goals through adoption.
- Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on the platform as a key member of the sales team.
- Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition and engage in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are strategically designed for successful cloud deployment.
- Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already utilizing offerings.
- Capture and disseminate best-practice knowledge within the solutions architect community.
- Contribute to customer-facing publications, including whitepapers.
- Develop strong relationships with senior technical personnel in customer organizations, enabling them to become cloud advocates.
- Serve as a technical liaison among customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT development, implementation, or consulting within the software or Internet industries.
- 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics).
- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within software development or Internet-related industries.
- Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Experience working with technologies from a development/operations perspective.
