Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate with our Enterprise customers and other AWS teams to develop cloud-based solutions in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will embody our customer-obsessed philosophy. As trusted advisors, we work closely with AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture, and product teams to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address specific customer business challenges and facilitate the adoption of AWS services.
AWS Solution Architects possess exceptional customer-facing skills, allowing us to engage effectively within a customer’s environment and hold discussions with senior personnel. Additionally, a robust technical background is critical for providing guidance to software developers and architects. Your role will include shaping and executing strategies that promote broad AWS usage while connecting technology with measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical strategies alongside sales and business development to strengthen relationships with Enterprise customers.

- Educate customers about the AWS value proposition and lead in-depth architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments.
- Capture and disseminate best practices within the AWS Solution Architect community, contributing to publications like whitepapers and blogs.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, networking, and data analytics).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- A total of over 10 years of experience in IT development or consulting within software or internet industries.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software development or internet-related industries.
- Experience in migrating legacy solutions to the cloud.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
