In this role, you will partner with Account Executives, Partners, and the Executive Leadership Team to communicate and demonstrate the value of our technology to the market. You will contribute to the success of our flagship customers while acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include developing an understanding of customer challenges, mapping them to the company's solutions, and fostering strong technical relationships to encourage the adoption of our products.
A typical day might involve leading technical discussions on customer calls, designing enterprise architectures, addressing customer queries, facilitating evaluations and pilots, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our offerings meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to the company's solutions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, liaising between customers and the product team.
- Guide customers on best practices and identify areas for platform improvement.
- Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots to showcase the impact of our technology.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant).
- Passion for Generative AI and familiarity with its underlying technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and executive audiences.
- Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with NLP/AI/LLM Solutions and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
- Language Requirement: Native-level Arabic is required.
