Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client challenges, and develop technical solutions that deliver business outcomes.
- Engage enterprise clients (from C-level to operational levels) throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation. Responsibilities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, working with various product teams to define clear feature requests and shape product roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership and share industry knowledge across multiple cloud and machine learning products.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to address product-market fit gaps and facilitate product development and iterations.
- Maintain post-sales solution support and collaborate with Account Executives to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar field.
- Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
- Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
- Aptitude for dynamic and fast-paced startup environments; strong problem-solving skills are essential.
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
- Background in working with large enterprises in sectors such as eCommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.
- Experience as a solutions architect or pre-sales solution engineer in the B2B space, especially within AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
- Familiarity with public cloud solutions and associated business use cases, including edge networks (CDN), security measures (WAF, DDoS), video streaming (Livestream solutions, RTC, VOD), and various machine learning applications (e.g., recommendation systems, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
