Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine solution requirements.
- Design end-to-end architectures for data platforms and integrations focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Define technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to support solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create detailed architecture blueprints including system diagrams, data flows, and integration points.
- Manage risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for potential technical challenges.
- Establish and enforce security, compliance, and data governance policies.
- Provide guidance on performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting solutions and justifying design decisions.
- Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging technologies and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and integrate third-party data tools.
Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 10 years in solution architecture focused on data analytics, system design, or data engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for analytics platforms.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Neo4j, and Splunk.
- Proficiency in graph databases, full-text search engines, and advanced data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts, relational and NoSQL databases, and data pipeline strategies.
- Familiarity with distributed systems geared toward data analytics.

Preferred:
- Master's degree in a technical field or Business Administration.
- Relevant certifications (Elastic Certified Engineer, Neo4j Certified Professional, or Splunk Architect).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering technical workshops.
