You will develop a deep understanding of the company's solutions and articulate complex topics to diverse audiences clearly and compellingly. Your role will directly impact strategic customers worldwide by building tailored solutions that aid in the deployment and integration of our projects. Throughout these activities, you will offer feedback to enhance the value and overall customer experience with the company's solutions.
In This Role, You'll:
- Partner with the Sales team to lead customer-facing technical discussions and solution development for value creation.
- Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of the company's products.
- Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Demonstrate the company's solutions in a manner that inspires confidence.
- Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers.
- Identify and highlight business opportunities.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges, from high-level architecture to code implementation.
- Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances.
We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:
- Experience in building custom deployment plans for other SaaS products.
- A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, and Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications.
- Interest in learning more about cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English.
Nice To Have:
- Prior security clearance.
- Experience working directly with customers in the Public Sector (Law Enforcement, Defense, Justice, or Civilian government sectors).
- Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases.
