Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert influencing customer decisions to adopt Nutanix technologies.
- Steer customer adoption initiatives and ensure ongoing satisfaction with implemented solutions.
- Solve complex operational challenges using automation.
- Present and demonstrate Nutanix technologies, driving engagements from early conversations to final evaluations.
- Create and maintain long-term business relationships, becoming a trusted advisor within select accounts.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and partners.
- Support Nutanix solutions during proofs of concept deployments.
- Provide feedback on product requirements and sales blockers to sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Stay well ahead of the learning curve in relevant expertise and business trends.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Cloud Automation, and technical sales.
- Experience with Public Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Scripting/Coding experience (Python, Java, Go, NodeJS) and Linux administration.
- Deep understanding of containers and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Mesos, etc.).
- Familiarity with infrastructure configuration and management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT finance fundamentals (ROI/TCO conversations).
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
The role requires regular travel, approximately once or twice a month, primarily within emerging markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Egypt. This position operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring in-office presence a minimum of 2-3 days per week, subject to team-specific guidance.
