We are seeking a Presales Consultant Sr who shares our passion for innovation and change. This vital role helps our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver written solution proposals and presentations to clients, including responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
  • Analyze requirements and create the customer's business case for the recommended solution.
  • Create and deliver demos and presentations that highlight the benefits of the company for specific business and technical needs.
  • Assist sales in resolving technical issues and answering client questions.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of the company solutions and capabilities to support sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on technical, market, and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling technology and related professional services to regional and global enterprises.
  • 5+ years in software development or pre-sales, with a proven ability to understand and analyze prospects' needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Experience in a global services model, including up-front implementation, service level agreements, operations, ongoing customer management, and change management.
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Independent self-starter with excellent matrix management skills.
  • Ability to master a broad range of expertise, from understanding business processes to collecting and analyzing business and technical requirements.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position with on-site work in Riyadh.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
