Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver written solution proposals and presentations to clients, including responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
- Analyze requirements and create business cases for recommended solutions.
- Create and deliver demos and presentations that outline the company's benefits to specific business and technical needs.
- Assist sales in resolving technical issues and responding to inquiries.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's solutions and capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry, market, and technical advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in selling technology and related services to regional and global enterprises.
- 5+ years in software development or pre-sales, with a proven track record of analyzing and addressing client needs.
- Experience with global service models including implementation, service level agreements, operations, ongoing customer management, and change management.
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Independent and self-starter with robust matrix management abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding business processes and analyzing technical requirements.
