Solutions Architect, Public Cloud/Big Data & AI

About the Job:

The Solutions Architect, Public Cloud/Big Data & AI role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time, on-site position. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing market positioning and driving innovation through tailored solutions and customer engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

• Market Insights & Competitive Strategy: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges to produce actionable insights reports. Conduct competitor research and develop differentiated strategies to enhance market positioning.

• Opportunity Identification & Customer Engagement: Lead customer interactions to uncover real needs and drive business opportunities. Build trust and influence customer decision-making.

• Solution Design & Implementation: Craft tailored cloud solutions and strategies (e.g., product selection, POC, RFP) to secure contracts and grow market share. Scale solutions across industries, managing risks and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Knowledge Sharing & Team Empowerment: Develop best practices, architecture templates, and case studies for specific domains. Train and mentor sales teams and partners to enhance their technical expertise.

• Product Development & Innovation: Identify product improvements and defects, driving innovation and enhancing competitiveness. Collaborate on new product launches and major feature development.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cloud sales or pre-sales roles.
• 2+ years in technical development (e.g., infrastructure, software, SRE).
• Proven experience in cloud architecture design and POC testing.
• Strong understanding of the company's core technologies, products, and competitive edge.
• Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus (Public Cloud Division).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
