Solutions Architect, Public Cloud/Big Data & AI

As a Solutions Architect at Alibaba Cloud, you will be responsible for driving market insights and competitive strategy, identifying customer needs, and engaging with clients to uncover business opportunities. You will design and implement tailored cloud solutions, manage project delivery, and build best practices to empower your team. Your role will also involve product development and innovation, focusing on enhancing our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to produce actionable insights.
• Lead customer interactions to understand needs and drive opportunities.
• Design tailored cloud solutions and manage risks for successful project delivery.
• Develop best practices and conduct training for sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate on product launches and feature development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in cloud sales or pre-sales roles.
• 2+ years in technical development (infrastructure, software, SRE).
• Proven experience in cloud architecture design and POC testing.
• Strong understanding of Alibaba Cloud’s core technologies.
• Experience with Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
