The Solutions Architect is tasked with driving technical vision and leadership across software development initiatives. This role includes designing and implementing scalable solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices while delivering high-quality products. The Solutions Architect will balance strategic planning with hands-on development, serving as the primary technical advisor for projects and facilitating efficient collaboration between stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead architectural design decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, managing timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with product managers, designers, and QA teams on resource allocation.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and maintain performance.
- Ensure effective communication within teams using agile methodologies.
- Implement coding standards and robust testing practices.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development, predominantly in leadership roles.

- Methodologies & Tools: Strong experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git); familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills; a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
