Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Solutions Architect in the MENAT region, specifically focused on the Enterprise customer segment within the United Arab Emirates. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services is tasked with driving revenue, adoption, and growth from a range of customers, from small to enterprise-level, including the public sector. As a trusted customer advocate, the Solutions Architect will assist organizations in understanding best practices for advanced cloud-based solutions and migrating existing workloads to the cloud. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and execute strategies that promote AWS's broad adoption among customers new to the platform and to foster growth with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals through AWS adoption.
- Manage the overall technical relationship with customers, providing recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Educate customers on the value of AWS and engage in deep architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments.
- Conduct training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with customers considering or using AWS.

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering).
- 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- 5+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
