In this role, you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to the company's solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
- Design and deploy customer pilots showcasing the impact of our technology.
- Translate customer business objectives into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions on customer calls.
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
- Address customer queries regarding the company's technology.
- Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
- Document processes to enhance team scalability.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align offerings with customers’ needs.
- Work with partners to strategize customer enablement and acceleration.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar).
- Passion for Generative AI with an understanding of Generative LLMs and associated technologies.
- Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to both executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and implement impactful processes.
- Proficiency in Python and Assistive Coding tools.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in NLP/AI/LLM Solutions.
- Must have native-level Arabic language skills.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
