Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
- Lead enterprise client engagement from pre-sales solutioning through project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to inform product roadmap and close PMF (Product Market Fit) gaps.
- Maintain post-sales solution support while driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong business acumen.
- 5 years of related work experience in a similar field.
- Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
- Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills, demonstrated through relevant past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud native applications and big data technologies.
- A background in working with large enterprise clients in sectors such as ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, and/or gambling.
- Experience in roles focused on solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering in the B2B space, particularly in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
- Deep understanding of Public Cloud business use cases, including edge network (CDN), security (WAF, DDoS), and various video and ML applications.
