Solutions Architect

About the Job:
As a Solutions Architect on our Systems Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will provide essential pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to define the overall Dell Technologies solutions for our customers using our full range of products and services.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Build and communicate an account technology plan that covers future state architectures, tactical initiatives, and relevant technology solutions.
• Research and share insights on technology, industry, and market trends, mentoring customers in their application.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of developed solutions and competitive offerings.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience in a vendor, partner, customer, or service provider environment.
• Ability to engage with and influence key customer decision-makers, including CIOs and enterprise architects.
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL, TOGAF, or similar qualifications is preferred.
• Understanding of VMware, Redhat, or Microsoft multi-cloud, security, and application development.

Desirable Requirements:

• Expertise as a sales engineer with sophisticated product and service offerings.
• 3+ years of field sales experience or related experience in a relationship selling role, along with a bachelor’s degree.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected; proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
