Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Solutions Architecture Specialist (SA), you will work in a high-performance environment, providing customers with deep technical guidance. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a domain expert and escalation path to progress strategic opportunities across the customer journey.
- Maintaining an understanding of HashiCorp's technology portfolio.
- Supporting sophisticated technical due diligence activities during critical phases such as Discover, Technical Validation, Onboarding, Consumption, and Optimization.
- Delivering advanced product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, and proof-of-values.
- Collaborating with Account Teams to identify customer risks and opportunities related to product adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Partnering with HashiCorp Product Management to translate customer business needs into technical solutions and new product requirements.
- Acting as educators and advisors to HashiCorp Sales teams, partners, and customers.
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or equivalent.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in developing technical content for diverse audiences.
- Strong expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and security methodology.
- Proficiency with software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, and container technologies.
- Experience with major transformations involving significant process, organizational, and technology change.
- A solid understanding of at least one Cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Deep knowledge of the HashiCorp Secure Products domain.
- Expertise in container orchestration (CKA Certification preferred).
- Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
