We are looking for a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, who will be an expert for our Cortex portfolio, a Next-Gen AI-powered security operations platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions.
• Present as an expert to customers at all levels.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact for Cortex, assisting with RFIs/RFPs.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing unique value propositions.
• Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers.
• Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates.
• Architect solutions to strengthen customer security postures.
• Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases for implementation.
• Engage in discussions regarding industry trends and the competitive marketplace.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes.
• Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions.
• Proficient in English and Arabic; scripting experience (Python preferred) is a plus.
• Understanding of Cloud Technologies and DevOps is preferred.
