The Solutions Consultant is an evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, focusing on how we serve our customers by understanding their environment, providing solution guidance, and ensuring value realization of their investment with the company. As a Solutions Consultant, you will provide technical leadership in your customers’ security transformation journey, play a key role in defining technical solutions, and advocate for our industry-leading services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by implementing strategic, technical account plans targeting cross-platform solutions.
  • Understanding customer business requirements and creating high-level designs across the company's portfolio to deliver business value.
  • Driving customer adoption of the company Platform and building relationships to enhance productivity and security efficacy.
  • Conducting discovery sessions to understand client imperatives and ensuring successful technical validation efforts.
  • Collaborating with Professional Services and Customer Success teams for effective solution implementation.
  • Delivering impactful presentations and technical engagements to various audiences.
  • Promoting complete solutions to ensure customers realize business value sooner.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
  • Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
  • Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that influence business initiatives and technical challenges.
  • Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and workshops.
  • Experience is preferred in selling or managing solutions such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and SOC Transformation Technologies.
  • Must be proficient in English and Arabic.

Travel Requirements: This is a field sales position, and travel may be required for in-person customer meetings.
