Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to facilitate the adoption of Seclore’s products.
- Promote consistent growth in product awareness, adoption, and usage among customers.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and user training to showcase product capabilities.
- Lead discovery sessions with IT and business stakeholders to identify their objectives and needs.
- Design tailored solutions based on a robust understanding of Seclore’s features.
- Develop comprehensive documentation such as business cases, FAQs, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to achieve project milestones and ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide training and support during the go-live process and foster solution adoption.
- Gather end-user feedback to inform the product team and create upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in the Software or Consulting industry.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is essential.
