The Solutions Consultant's primary responsibility is to embody the mantra of "Problem Meet Solution." This position requires a deep understanding of the customer's specific business and technical needs, translating these into a viable blueprint for a technological solution. Key responsibilities include:
- Discovery and Qualification: Understand the prospect's business, uncovering requirements and challenges while assessing the fit of our solutions.
- Solution Design and Presentation: Tailor solutions based on customer needs, crafting compelling narratives and demonstrations.
- Handling Objections and Technical Deep Dives: Address technical questions and objections with credibility, conducting workshops to discuss solution architecture.
- Proposal Development and Closing: Collaborate with the sales team to define project scope and ensure accuracy in proposals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with complex business software solutions, including at least 2 years in a senior role
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, solution consulting, and pre-sales processes
- Experience in analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored software demonstrations
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in client relationship management
Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time, candidates can live anywhere in the UAE.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected; additional languages may be advantageous.
