As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, you will serve as the expert for our Cortex portfolio, an AI-powered security operations platform. You will play a crucial role in defining technical solutions to secure customers' key business imperatives and will evangelize our industry-leading solutions, including Security Intelligence and Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR, and Incident Response. In this role, you will help establish the company as the cybersecurity partner of choice for customers.

Your Impact
- Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your specialization area.
- Present as our expert to customers at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioners to senior leadership.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for Cortex, assisting and collaborating to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.
- Lead and support customer demonstrations that highlight our unique value propositions.
- Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers and partners based on best practices to ensure technical wins.
- Drive high technical validation and PoV win rates within your specialization area.
- Discuss and highlight product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation.
- Architect solutions to help customers strengthen and simplify their security posture.
- Document High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of solutions.
- Assist customers in building and developing their services around Cortex solutions.
- Lead discussions on industry trends and emerging changes in the security landscape.
- Discuss competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternative.
- Position the company or Partner delivered services to ensure proper implementation and value realization of our solutions.
- Act as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D to create requirements and deliver product features.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, or XDR/EDR environments.
- Proven experience working with customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Endpoint Security XDR/EDR solutions.
- Scripting experience is a plus, with Python preferred.
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies and DevOps is preferred.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
