Position

We are looking for a Solutions Consulting Manager to lead the Middle East & Africa pre-sales team. This role focuses on managing a team of new and experienced pre-sales solutions consultants that delivers deep technical and marketing domain expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring the company's solutions across Digital Experience and Digital Media are positioned effectively, aligned with customer needs, and clearly demonstrate business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Solutions Consultants that you lead, supporting the individuals on the team to perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Develop and execute Solutions Consulting selling strategies across different industry verticals like Public sector, FSi, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, and others, and find opportunities for process improvements.
  • Serve as an inspiring leader and guide the team on both established & cutting-edge technologies like Generative and Agentic AI, Marketing Automation, Content & Asset scaling, Workflow management, Customer data & personalized journeys, and others.
  • Implement and measure the use of Value Selling and the company's demo methodology strategies in sales engagements.
  • Mentor and coach individual performance, deliver constructive feedback, and build development plans to address any deficiencies.
  • Drive the team to be more innovative and develop ideas that drive the right customer experience.
  • Work closely with the sales organization to ensure we are engaging effectively in sales opportunities and ensuring efficient resourcing of Solutions Consultants.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a pre-sales/Solutions Consultant in the software industry.
  • 5+ years experience as a people manager, with the capability to mentor and grow a high-achieving team, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language and experience working in the Middle East and Africa regions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide and present to a varied audience.
  • Exceptional coordination, organization, and team-building abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical and business information.
