The Solutions Director will lead and grow the Solutions Team by providing strategic direction, building client relationships, driving business development efforts, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring project profitability by meeting or exceeding defined gross margin targets while managing cost efficiency throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Achieving excellence in delivery by consistently meeting project milestones, maintaining high client satisfaction scores, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Supporting business development activities by identifying engagement opportunities and expanding client relationships.
- Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs, and positioning the company as the tech partner of choice.
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop compelling value propositions and win new business.
- Providing strategic direction for the consulting practice and aligning it with organizational goals.
- Leading project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to consultants and analysts.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and developing thought leadership content.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS from a top school in business, management, economics, finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Management Consultant or in a relevant role.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Customer-oriented approach with a strong track record of leadership.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (specific languages not mentioned).
