The company is the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of an established cybersecurity provider, focused on empowering organizations with complete AI visibility and consolidated security. We are seeking a Solutions Engineer (SE) who will serve as the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers. The SE will act as a product expert in guiding customers and prospects in the selection and deployment of Next-Gen security solutions, collaborating closely with the Sales team to enhance customer relationships and influence their technical strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer journey with our products and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Customer Success throughout the engagement, onboarding, and product experience journey.
  • Develop and train the sales organization, employing storytelling techniques to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the emerging ecosystem of cybersecurity partners and leverage channel partners for customer engagement.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations of products, conveying their advantages clearly and engagingly.
  • Educate customers and prospects on solutions and maintain ongoing quality support in collaboration with technical support personnel.
  • Continuously enhance personal technical knowledge and contribute to departmental best practices and methodologies.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and industry events as a speaker or panellist.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing high-quality presales support and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SOC operations, cloud security, and security software solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS services is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity and customer security.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
