Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical sales process from initial meetings to post-sales support.
- Support technical needs of customers, exploring new use cases for Cloudera technology.
- Design solutions tailored to customer needs using Cloudera technologies.
- Demonstrate Cloudera products to inspire customer confidence and drive sales.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase the value of Cloudera solutions.
- Present product roadmaps and vision to engage customers.
- Interact with internal teams to unify customer messaging.
- Advocate for customer needs with Product Management and Engineering.
- Participate in public engagements (conferences, meetups, webinars, blogs).
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales.
- Strong capability in creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Relational Databases.
- Experience with one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) – certification preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Operations, Security, and Data Governance.
- Proficient in Unix or Linux environments.
- Ability to gather and understand customer business requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Turkish and/or Arabic.
