The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a sales and technical role within the sales organization. The primary responsibility of the SE is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide knowledge about the company's solutions to our customers. This role demands excellent technical acumen and familiarity with both the company's products and the broader ecosystem. The SE acts as a trusted advisor, understanding the technical and business challenges of our customers, and proposing effective solutions to meet their needs.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote with at least 50% of time spent in customer/partner meetings, which could be remote or face-to-face.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate the company’s solutions strategy and value propositions to align with customer business objectives.
- Deliver technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts via various mediums.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and local Generalist SE teams to drive the sales process by identifying customer requirements for the company’s solutions.
- Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle while sharing best practices within the team.
- Work collaboratively with Solution Architects and Product Management to share updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Telco infrastructures, Data Centers, Virtualization, and Cloud computing environments.
- Familiarity with Application Identification/DPI technologies, Service Provider’s Mobile network architectures, and protocols (3GPP).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and SCM tools, as well as container orchestration solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, Openshift).
- Experience in RFx processes and knowledge of Network and Application Security.
- Knowledge of AI-related projects or a willingness to learn about AI infrastructure.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in English are essential.
