We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our KSA organization. This is a sales and technical role within our sales team, where the SE's primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 solutions to our customers. The SE needs to have excellent technical skills and knowledge about both F5 products and the broader ecosystem in which we operate. Training and certification will be provided to maintain these critical skills.

The SE's goal is to achieve the allocated sales targets by selling relevant F5 solutions and products tailored to customer business needs. The SE acts as a trusted adviser, understanding technical and business challenges to propose effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
  • Provide complex design and systems engineering configurations.
  • Collaborate with product development and management for Change Requests.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of F5 and the industry.
  • Support presentations for customers and partners, articulating the F5 value proposition.
  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Contribute to case studies, white papers, and media articles for customers/partners.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and across functions.
  • Negotiate effectively and pursue conflict resolution.
  • Utilize SE tools including SalesForce.com and other readiness programs.
  • Support channel partner sales initiatives and training.
  • Understand and follow escalation processes post-sales.

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience in Cloud, Security, Application Delivery, Network Infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and account management skills.
  • Significant pre-sales / Systems Engineering experience.
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
  • F5 core product experience or relevant competitor offerings strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of F5 technologies and solutions is preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience with MS Office Suite or similar tools.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • This role is hybrid, combining time between the Riyadh office and home office.
  • While remote meetings are encouraged, travel may be required due to the nature of the role.
  • This is a self-driven position with opportunities for career growth and development.
