As a Solutions Engineer specializing in Identity Security and IAM for the EMEA region, you will act as a primary technical authority and strategic advisor for customers in the Middle East. You will harness your expertise in identity and AI to secure enterprise applications and infrastructure. Your responsibilities include driving revenue growth while positioning the company as a market leader in security. You will remain engaged with evolving AI trends and integrate cross-product solutions through a "One Company" approach to tackle complex customer challenges effectively.

Your Impact: As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, senior executives, and decision-makers. You will implement the technical win strategy, drive revenue growth through superior solution design, and execute high-impact trials. Your expertise in Zero Trust architecture will be critical to securing identities within customer environments.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead discovery sessions to design comprehensive solutions addressing customer threats and compliance needs.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations that differentiate the company's portfolio, ensuring measurable security improvements and returns on investment.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader by translating emerging security trends into actionable customer value.
  • Collaborate across functions to integrate identity security solutions while engaging customer advocates to influence product roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Identity and IAM ecosystem.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams across the Middle East.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Proven consultative selling approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Familiarity with security, networking, and identity platforms.
  • Extensive experience across various customer segments with knowledge of the company's Secure Networking solutions.
  • Experience with different Identity and directory vendors (e.g., Duo, Microsoft Entra, Okta).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Relevant certifications (CCIE/CCNP, ISC2, etc.).
