As a Solutions Architect at the company KSA-Public Sector, you will play a key role in shaping the technology strategies of our Public Sector clients. In a pre-sales capacity, you will partner closely with Account Managers to develop tailored, business-driven solutions and articulate the financial and strategic value of the company’s portfolio. You will deliver technical presentations, lead proof-of-concepts, and design architectures that showcase the company’s innovation across networking, security, cloud, and automation. Your ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes will position the company as a trusted advisor to Saudi Arabia’s government and enterprise stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution design, or systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in the company technologies or equivalent competitor solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, data center, and cloud domains.
- Proven experience engaging with enterprise or public-sector clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- CCIE certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in SD-WAN, ACI, DNA, SASE, AI, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience with AI/ML, Cloud-Native applications, Kubernetes, and Docker preferred.
- Familiarity with MLOps, AIOps, and programming/scripting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the company technologies and architecture, with proven cross-architecture experience to translate client objectives into comprehensive solutions across the company’s full portfolio.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong executive-level communication skills.
- Solid experience engaging directly with customers, applying consultative selling techniques, understanding financial pain points, and aligning solutions with customer business models to drive value realization and adoption.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
