As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s market leadership in Dubai by acting as a trusted technical advisor and solution architect. Your expertise will directly influence customer decisions and technology adoption through compelling technical presentations and validated solution designs. Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the technical lead within the account team and building trusted advisor relationships with senior IT and business leaders.
- Translating client objectives into comprehensive architecture and solution strategies across the company’s full portfolio.
- Developing and presenting high-impact technical proposals, architectures, and demonstrations.
- Driving the design and delivery of solutions in networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI domains.
- Collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to align the company’s innovation with customer needs.
- Supporting proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and solution validation to accelerate decision-making and adoption.
- Leading technology workshops and executive briefings that articulate the company’s value and vision.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (5 years minimum) in presales, consultative, or solution architect roles with a proven presales track record in designing and deploying complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of the company’s technologies and architecture, capable of translating client objectives into comprehensive solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences and possess strong executive-level communication skills.
- Solid experience engaging directly with customers and applying consultative selling techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and partners.
- Multicultural collaboration experience is essential for success in this region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent vendor credentials.
- Proficiency in modern technical domains such as cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices, and programming/scripting.
- Arabic language proficiency considered a significant plus.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly desirable.
