As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Service Provider Sales team to identify customer needs and demonstrate the company's solutions that drive digital transformation. Your role will involve providing expert technical guidance focused on customer success, while managing your work flexibly to achieve the best outcomes for customers and your team.
Your Impact:
- Gain access to a wide range of the company's technologies and applications in the Service Provider market.
- Provide technical and sales support within your assigned territory.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations to customers, partners, and prospects.
- Assist in developing formal technical sales plans and proposals for key opportunities.
- Lead pre-sale activities such as quoting, network design, technical and financial proposals, and testing.
- Demonstrate expertise in cross-architectural solutions like Service Provider Routing, Mobility, Cloud Compute, and Security.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven ability to design and validate scalable enterprise network architectures using routing and switching solutions.
- Proficiency in wireless solutions with embedded access security features.
- Experience designing Secure Access solutions including cloud-delivered Security Service Edge capabilities.
- Skills in configuring and managing data center networking products.
- Strong knowledge of protocols and software automation technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNP / CCIE certifications or equivalent.
- Presales experience with telecom/service provider customers.
- Understanding of adjacent technologies such as Data Center, Security, Cloud, AI, and virtualization.
- Strong negotiation skills to craft beneficial solutions for customers and the company.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching products.
- Experience leading a team with diverse technical backgrounds.
