Position Overview:
The Solutions Engineer (SE) will act as the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and pre-sales customers. Acting as a product expert, the SE will guide customers in selecting and deploying next-gen security solutions, develop customer relationships, and provide leadership in security architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of the customer journey are vital for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support customer engagement throughout onboarding and product experience journeys.
  • Enhance the sales organization's capabilities by training and storytelling to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Understand the ecosystem of cybersecurity partners and guide customers through it.
  • Deliver engaging and informative technical demonstrations of products.
  • Work alongside internal teams to maintain the latest technical knowledge and provide routine updates on products and technologies.
  • Influence customer technical strategies and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and prospects on security solutions.
  • Ensure quality customer support and promote departmental best practices.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years in delivering high-quality pre-sales support and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SOC operations and security analytics, with an advantage for understanding cloud architectures and security solutions.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, and AWS is preferred.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity and customer security is essential.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
