Your Impact:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and solution architect, translating service provider objectives into impactful architecture and solution strategies across the company’s diverse portfolio.
- Serve as the technical lead within the account team, building relationships with senior IT and business leaders.
- Own the end-to-end technology vision and architecture, encompassing Service Provider networks, Data Center, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity, and AI-driven operations.
- Lead AI-driven network transformation initiatives, including the application of AI/ML models for network operations, assurance, planning, and optimization.
- Integrate AI capabilities across transport, Data Center, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
- Develop and present high-impact technical proposals and demonstrations, driving proof of concepts (POCs) and solution validation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in presales, consultative, or solution architect roles, particularly in routing, switching, data center, and cloud solutions.
- Technical expertise in scalable, AI-ready Data Center architecture, enterprise network architectures, and service provider network architecture.
- Strong AI and automation knowledge, including experience with AI/ML models and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, along with excellent executive communication skills.
- Experience in engaging directly with customers to align solutions with business models.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Company certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent vendor credentials.
- Understanding of data center technologies and service provider routing.
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable, given the experience in the Saudi Arabia market.
