We are seeking a Solutions Engineer III to collaborate with cross-functional teams on pre-sales activities, lead technical demonstrations, and ensure the successful deployment of solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present customized technical solutions to meet client needs.
- Create solution architectures, diagrams, and detailed specifications.
- Oversee the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Handle Level 2 and higher customer support tickets, managing complex technical escalations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide input for product development based on customer feedback.
- Document technical processes and client interactions.
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience implementing and supporting complex technical products, particularly in a client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead clients to success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and guide them to technical solutions.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Previous software development experience.
