As a Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with TikTok's product engineering teams to meet business needs.
- Utilize TikTok's innovative technology to identify and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Work closely with the customer success team to uncover business opportunities and support them in achieving their objectives.
- Design and develop end-to-end systems and launch strategies, ensuring production-level code with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Identify and align stakeholders towards project completion goals independently.
- Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Mandarin, both written and oral, to facilitate communication with APAC stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding and technical solution backend design and delivery.
- Familiarity with one or more general programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship management skills with advertising clients and partners.
- Ability to tailor presentations to various technical levels and experience in delivering technical subjects to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology with large volume data analytics.
