Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TikTok product engineering teams to build new products and enhance existing ones based on business needs.
- Utilize TikTok's innovative products and technology to identify, develop, and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Partner closely with the customer success team to discover new business opportunities and support them in meeting their business goals.
- Design and implement end-to-end systems and launch plans, producing production-level code with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to achieve project completion goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to influence decision-making by demonstrating business value and impact.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding and technical solution backend design and delivery to clients or advertisers.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship management skills with advertising clients and partners.
- Ability to adapt presentations to match the technical level of the audience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology, specifically working with large volume data analytics.
