Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with TikTok's product engineering teams to build and enhance products that meet business requirements.
- Utilize TikTok's products and technologies to identify and maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Partner closely with the customer success team to pinpoint business opportunities and assist them in achieving their objectives.
- Design and implement end-to-end systems, launching production-level code with a focus on maintainability and scalability, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to meet project goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to influence decision-making and demonstrate business value.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding, technical solution backend design, and delivery to clients/advertisers.
- Proficiency in one or more general programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and management skills for client and partner relationships.
- Proven ability to tailor presentations to various audience technical levels and deliver technical subjects confidently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology and large volume data analytics.
