As a Solution Engineer, your role will involve partnering with various business verticals and enabling the full potential of new features, products, and business opportunities. You will support cross-functional teams, including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management, using the company's platforms to solve real-world business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with the company's product engineering teams.
- Understand and utilize the company's products, identifying and maximizing commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Cultivate partnerships with the customer success team to identify business opportunities and assist in achieving goals.
- Design and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward project completion.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage data to influence decision-making and present business value.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Mandarin, both written and oral, to facilitate collaboration across the APAC region.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming, technical solution backend design, and client delivery.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with advertising clients and partners.
- Ability to present technical subjects to varied audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology and working with large volume data analytics.
