As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with various business verticals to unlock the potential of new features and products. Your role will support cross-functional teams, including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management. This position allows you to utilize TikTok's platforms and community to address real-world business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance products in collaboration with TikTok product engineering teams.
- Understand and leverage TikTok's innovative technology to identify and develop commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Cultivate partnerships with the customer success team to explore business opportunities.
- Design end-to-end systems and launch strategies; produce production-level code with a focus on long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners towards project completion.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to influence decision-making through presentations of business value and impact.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding and technical solution backend design.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for managing client and partner relationships.
- Experience tailoring presentations to diverse technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver within tight timelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
