As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with various business verticals to maximize new features, products, and opportunities. You will support cross-functional teams, including R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management, utilizing TikTok's platforms and community to address real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Build new products and enhance existing ones in collaboration with TikTok product engineering teams to meet business needs.
- Understand, apply, and utilize TikTok's products and innovative technology to maximize commercial prospects with advertising clients.
- Foster close relationships with the customer success team to identify and support potential business opportunities.
- Design and implement end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies; produce production-level code with maintainability and scalability in mind, along with applicable documentation and test plans.
- Identify stakeholders independently and align cross-functional partners toward project completion goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding, technical solution backend design, and delivery to clients/advertisers.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.
- Strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage advertising client and partner relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor presentations to various technical levels and to deliver technical content to diverse audiences.
- Excellent prioritization skills and ability to deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in advertising technology with a focus on large volume data analytics.
