Solutions Engineer, Middle East - Turkish Speaking

What You’ll Do:
The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sale of the company solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical customer advocate within the company, collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 3-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early to mid-level).
• Fluent in Turkish and English (written & spoken).
• Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong empathy with customers, identifying their challenges and pain points.
• Understanding of Internet performance and security technologies.
• Familiarity with concepts such as TCP/UDP, authoritative DNS vs. recursive DNS, firewall roles, and HTTP.
• Knowledge of DDoS, CDN, Performance, DNS, Developer platforms, or Zero-Trust/SASE service providers is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (10-15 days per quarter).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) is a bonus.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales / consulting role is appreciated.
