As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for collaborating with different business verticals, utilizing TikTok’s platforms to solve real-world business challenges. Your work will include building and enhancing products in partnership with TikTok product engineering teams, applying innovative technologies to develop commercial prospects, and fostering strong collaborations with customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance products in collaboration with TikTok engineering teams to meet business needs.
- Identify, develop, and maximize new and existing commercial prospects with advertising clients using TikTok’s products and innovative technology.
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to identify business opportunities and support clients in achieving their goals.
- Design and implement end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies, focusing on maintainability and scalability.
- Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners towards project completion goals.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage data to inform decision-making and present business value and impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in programming/coding and technical solution backend design.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C/C++).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing client relationships.
- Ability to tailor presentations to various audience technical levels and deliver complex technical subjects to diverse groups.
