Your Impact:
As a Solutions Engineer, you act as the technical heart of customer relationships, orchestrating the company’s full portfolio to deliver transformative business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end technical strategies for strategic accounts to align customer business goals with multi-architecture solutions spanning networking, security, and cloud. Your role includes architecting comprehensive and validated platforms to provide the resilient and observable bedrock necessary for successful customer AI initiatives, as well as executing customized demonstrations and proofs-of-value to showcase how the company’s technology solves critical business problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • 5+ years of deep technical knowledge across at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
  • Experience architecting multi-vendor or multi-architecture technology solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with large-scale, strategic enterprise accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, or equivalent professional-level credentials.
  • Proven experience leading technical sales cycles for large, sophisticated enterprise accounts.
  • Technical proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their relationship to hybrid infrastructure.
  • Outstanding ability to articulate a technical vision and translate it into tangible business outcomes for executive-level audiences.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a documented track record of mentoring others.

Location:
Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Work Conditions:
Hybrid, Full-time (48 hours per week)
