Your Impact:
As a Solutions Engineer, you act as the technical heart of customer relationships, orchestrating the company’s full portfolio to deliver transformative business outcomes. You will:
- Lead end-to-end technical strategies for strategic accounts to align customer business goals with multi-architecture solutions spanning networking, security, and cloud.
- Architect comprehensive and validated platforms to provide the resilient and observable bedrock necessary for successful customer AI initiatives.
- Execute customized demonstrations and proofs-of-value to showcase how the company’s technology solves critical business problems and accelerates digital maturity.
- Mentor the broader engineering community to elevate technical excellence and foster the development of the next generation of talent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
- 5+ years of deep technical knowledge across at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
- Experience architecting multi-vendor or multi-architecture technology solutions for enterprise environments.
- Experience working with large-scale, strategic enterprise accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, or equivalent professional-level credentials.
- Proven experience leading technical sales cycles for large, sophisticated enterprise accounts.
- Technical proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their relationship to hybrid infrastructure.
- Outstanding ability to articulate a technical vision and translate it into tangible business outcomes for executive-level audiences.
- A passion for continuous learning and a documented track record of mentoring others.
