The company's Solutions Engineers are the technical subject matter experts who support clientele throughout the company's product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience with our cybersecurity solutions. This role involves engaging directly with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional technical support and guidance while helping to protect organizations from cyberattacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales department during lead and product demonstration calls.
- Manage the post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews.
- Serve as a technical expert by providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope.
- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and presenting them to the team.
- Analyze current technologies used within the company to identify and mitigate potential gaps in processes and cycles.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to implement proposed updates concerning customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
- Anticipate possible project challenges or constraints and proactively address these challenges.
- Create and deploy product training webinars.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenter.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
- Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with the sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Background Check Requirements
A background check and drug/substance screening are required after a conditional offer, with employment proceeding only upon receiving clear results from both. The company also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days, in line with the same screening standards.
