Key Responsibilities:
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s products, APIs, and common integration patterns to support client implementations.
- Troubleshoot integration and API issues independently and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure high-quality implementations by adhering to established best practices and preparing clients effectively.
- Tailor technical guidance to meet client goals and constraints.
- Communicate clear and concise information to clients and keep them updated throughout the implementation process.
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams, ensuring reliable follow-through and successful client launches.
- Identify signals for expanded client needs and relay opportunities to Sales or Customer Success Managers.
- Maintain accurate records in internal tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Notion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and advance client work.
- Contribute to internal documentation and support team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS or API-first environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, technical documentation, and debugging integration issues.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is required.
- Highly organized, accountable, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with payments, fintech, or bank integrations is a plus.
